Ashbourne Churches Together

Ashbourne Churches Together is a fellowship of Christian Communities in the Ashbourne area.

It aims to promote greater understanding between Christians of different traditions and to encourage, wherever possible and desirable, joint prayer, worship, witness and social activity.

It consists of: All Saints’ Roman Catholic Church, St. Oswald’s and St John’s Anglican churches, Ashbourne Baptist Church, Ashbourne Christian Fellowship, Ashbourne Methodist Church and Elim Pentecostal Church in Ashbourne together with Anglican and Methodist churches in the surrounding villages.

ACT is involved with:

- Ashbourne Town Chaplaincy, serving local businesses

- a partnership with the Patna Diocese of the Church of North India, 

- the One World Group, which raises awareness of world development issues

- Christian Aid Week.
